What is Dorset2Door? 

As our names suggests we are all about bringing Dorset’s finest suppliers and produce to your door. We work extensively within the local community to source the best products and bring them together in one simple online shopping experience and delivered to your door at your convenience. 


What time will my delivery be? 

Our currently delivery times are between 12pm and 7pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  



What if I’m not in? 

If you are not in for your delivery time we will leave your order either in a safe place or with a neighbour (a delivery note will be posted through your letterbox) . Should you be aware you will not be available please contact us in advance or leave directions on arrival. 



Is all the food from Dorset? 

All of our products are either produced in Dorset or provided by suppliers who are locally based. 



Can I freeze the meat or fish? 

All of our fresh meat and fish is suitable for freezing. Should you have any queries on individual products please check their product listing for more information or contact us directly on hello@dorset2door.co.uk



What is your refund policy? 

Refunds are only available should there be evidence of damage to our produce. 



When’s the latest I can order? 

We currently deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12pm and 7pm. To place an order for the next day delivery on any of these days you must order before midday the day before.
